More About Juan Carlos
Juan brings more than 15 years of experience in carbon composites, manufacturing engineering, and process development to Americarb. He began his career with the company’s Carbon Composites Division, managing a diverse product line and driving over $5 million in annual sales through technical innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
At Americarb, Juan led key initiatives to enhance product quality, traceability, and efficiency—implementing continuous improvement projects and supporting major programs with aerospace and defense partners including NASA, Boeing, BAE, and Northrop Grumman.
Before rejoining Americarb, Juan served as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Axiom Materials, where he oversaw equipment optimization, process development, and advanced prepreg manufacturing for carbon, fiberglass, and ceramic systems.
A graduate of Tecnológico de Monterrey with a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Juan combines a strong technical foundation with hands-on leadership across development, production, and customer engagement. His career reflects Americarb’s spirit of precision, innovation, and problem-solving.
