Lightweight, low-density insulation providing high thermal resistance, low thermal conductivity, and stable performance. Used to reduce heat loss and protect furnace components at elevated temperatures.
High-temperature insulation with improved thermal stability and lower thermal shrinkage than carbon felt. Provides efficient heat shielding and uniform thermal gradients in furnaces operating at very high temperatures. Rayon Graphite Felt is a premium material designed and used for high-temperature insulation in vacuum furnaces and inert gas furnaces, among other applications. Rayon felt has higher carbon and lower ash content in comparison to our Pan felt. Rayon Graphite felt is heat-treated to a temperature of 2500℃.
Rigid structural insulation for high-temperature furnaces and thermal batteries. Offers machinability, dimensional stability, and excellent thermal shock resistance with low outgassing.
Impervious, gas-tight protective liner designed to shield furnace insulation from reactive gases. Provides mechanical robustness, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. Similar to CFC 157-12 / 257-6 type grades.
Net-shape structural material offering complex geometry capability with good strength, low weight, low thermal expansion, and durability in high-temperature furnace environments.
High-density structural material for furnace tooling and fixturing where high stiffness, dimensional stability, oxidation resistance, and long service life are required. Suitable for repeated thermal cycling. Higher performing material for precision fixturing in automotive sintering applications.
