Domestic
Industrial
Capability

Americarb is a family-owned advanced carbon materials manufacturer based in Niagara Falls, New York. We supply mission-critical high-temperature carbon, graphite, and ceramic solutions for Vacuum Furnace, Energy, Defense, and Space markets.

Global Leader in
Carbon & Graphite
Advanced Materials

Americarb processes and engineers carbon, graphite, and ceramic composites for customers who design systems that must work the first time and every time.

Operating a large fleet of industrial furnaces and modern processing equipment, our mission-critical materials perform in extreme thermal and structural environments where quality and reliability are non‑negotiable.

From Thermal Protection Systems and missile components to next-generation energy systems, our materials sit at the heart of high-consequence applications.

As a U.S.-based, family-owned business, we combine long-term stewardship with a responsive, engineer-led culture focused on technical rigor and production discipline.

Revitalizing U.S.
Industrial Capability

Americarb is part of a broader movement to rebuild U.S. manufacturing capacity and strengthen the defense industrial base.

By investing in people, equipment, and local infrastructure in Western New York, we’re creating skilled manufacturing jobs and restoring industrial capability to a region that once powered American heavy industry.

This work directly supports national security, grid resilience, and the onshoring of critical supply chains in defense, space, and advanced energy.

Our growth plan includes expanding furnace capacity, modernizing facilities, and repurposing industrial land in Niagara Falls to support larger program ramps. We actively collaborate and seek deeper partnerships with regional manufacturers, universities, state and local economic development organizations, and federal agencies to build a more capable and resilient materials ecosystem.
